Luke Gardiner is the founder and CEO of Loans4Homes.
He started in the Banking & Financial Services industry back in 2004 with Australia’s largest bank (CBA) after working in the hospitality industry for several years. His first role in the new industry was as a Bank Teller, where he learned the basics (101 in Transactional Banking) and developed his skills from the ground up.
With the foundation firmly set, Luke then progressed into a Customer Service role at CBA, where he broadened his skills and knowledge in other areas of banking such as credit cards, insurances, business banking, personal loans, and asset finance.
As he continued to educate himself in this new role, he quickly developed a strong interest in property and was fortunate enough to land a role as a Home Loan Manager in 2005.
He quickly earned his stripes at CBA, and in July 2006 he was head hunted by RAMS Home Loans bringing with him a rusted-on commitment to customer service, which helped him to build a strong referral network and loyal client base.
After 6 years with RAMS, Luke decided he was ready to venture out on his own, and in October 2012 Loans4homes was born.
Luke is well qualified to analyse complex loan structures and prepare loan scenarios which are clear and unequivocal. He believes that attention to detail, and clear communication skills are the key to being successful in this industry.
He is currently a Member of the MFAA and AFCA, and holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking Management), as well as a Diploma in Hospitality Management. In September 2015 Luke was also appointed as a Justice of the Peace in NSW.
Luke’s interests outside of work include soccer, property investment, renovations, healthy food / exercise, and spending time with family & friends.
