Since then, he’s helped hundreds of clients secure the right home loan — from first home buyers to seasoned investors. Luke takes a solutions-based approach to lending, not a rate-driven one. He believes every client’s situation is unique, and tailors each loan strategy to fit their goals and circumstances. With advanced technology and AI tools, he delivers smart, strategic, and stress-free loan solutions that maximise borrowing power, improve cash flow, and minimise interest over time. Renowned for his clear, jargon-free advice, Luke guides clients through the entire process — from pre-approval to settlement — making it simple and seamless. He’s especially experienced in helping self-employed clients, upgraders, and those navigating bridging finance. Based in Cronulla, Luke has strong ties to the local community and loves connecting over a great coffee (or five). Outside work, he enjoys soccer, fitness, travel, and spending time with his wife and two daughters. Approachable, knowledgeable, and passionate, Luke’s goal is to make the home loan process easy, empowering, and tailored to you.

With more than 22 years in the finance and mortgage broking industry, Adam brings a deep understanding of lending, people, and process to Loans4Homes. His career began at a major bank — working his way from Teller to Branch Lender — before moving into lending in the non-bank sector and eventually joining Loans4Homes in 2015. He became a Partner in 2017 and stepped into his current role as Chief Operations Manager in 2023. Today, Adam oversees the day-to-day operations of Loans4Homes, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless and positive experience from application through to settlement. Known as our in-house credit expert, he’s the go-to for complex lending scenarios — the one our brokers turn to when the path isn’t straightforward. What sets Adam apart is his commitment to operational excellence — building efficient systems, empowering the Loans4Homes team, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the care and professionalism the business is known for. When he’s not at work, you’ll find Adam spending time with his wife and two boys, restoring classic Australian muscle cars (especially his Holden Torana), or cheering on Inter Milan and the Wests Tigers. He’s also a keen renovator and DIY enthusiast, always on the lookout for inspiration from The Block for his next home project.

As a trusted mortgage broker in Bondi, Daniel brings eight years of experience helping clients build strong, sustainable property portfolios. Specialising in property investment loans and loan structuring strategies, he works closely with clients to maximise borrowing capacity, support cash flow, and achieve long-term financial success. Daniel takes a personal, client-first approach — taking the time to understand each client’s goals, financial position, and future aspirations. From there, he develops tailored lending solutions designed to simplify complex finance decisions and deliver the best possible results. Known for his clear, jargon-free advice and genuine care, Daniel makes the loan process straightforward, seamless, and stress-free. As a property investment specialist, Daniel prides himself on thinking beyond the conventional. His innovative approach and problem-solving mindset help uncover opportunities that others might overlook — ensuring clients get the most from their lending strategy and portfolio growth. A lifelong Bondi local, Daniel has deep connections within the community and a strong understanding of the local property market and lifestyle. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring multicultural cuisine, camping with family, volunteering within the Jewish community, and travelling the world — with 10% already explored and many more adventures to come.

With over five years of experience in finance, Dane is a dedicated Mortgage Broker who helps clients across Australia achieve their property goals with confidence. His process is built around understanding each client’s needs and making the home loan journey as smooth and stress-free as possible. Dane takes the time to get to know what matters most to you, combining strong market knowledge with a fresh perspective to find the right loan solution — not just the lowest rate. From pre-approval through to settlement, he manages the entire process and coordinates with lenders and other parties to keep things simple and transparent. Specialising in first home buyers and investors, Dane prides himself on delivering tailored, strategic outcomes and providing clear, ongoing support beyond settlement. With access to over 60 lenders and more than 3,500 products, he takes the guesswork out of comparing options to ensure you’re always on the best deal. A lifelong Sutherland Shire local, Dane brings a genuine, community-minded approach to his work. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing AFL, going to the gym, and cheering on his favourite teams — the Hawthorn Hawks and Cronulla Sharks.

Jonaya is our in-house Compliance Manager, and our Client Liaison Manager. She makes sure our files are compliant, and our clients are very happy & maintains excellent relationships with them and our business. She has just the right amount of bite when it comes to negotiating with the lenders, which results in great rates and great outcomes for our clients. She also has over 20 years industry experience, and has worn many hats including that of a mortgage broker, compliance manager, loan processor, and client liaison manager, just to name a few. Outside of work, she loves singing & cleaning and is not afraid to admit it. She also loves spending time with her family and is sports fanatic / mad Kiwi’s supporter!

Shane is our team Loan Processor. She provides us with the behind-the-scenes support that helps our brokers stay focused on what they do best - serving clients and growing our business. With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of mortgage processes, Shane will assist with our loan packaging, documentation, lender follow-ups, CRM updates, and general administration. Her goal is to make life easier for brokers and deliver a seamless experience for our clients. Shane has a love for animals and has 2 very cute fur-babies at home!!
