Luke is the founder and CEO of Loans4Homes. He started in the Banking & Financial Services industry in 2004 with a Major Bank, after working in the hospitality industry for several years. Fast-forward 8 years (October 2012) and Loans4homes was born. Luke is well qualified to analyse complex loan structures and loves a challenge. He believes that attention to detail, and clear communication skills are the key to being successful in this industry. He's a Member of the MFAA and AFCA, and holds a Dip. in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking Management), as well as a Dip. in Hospitality Mgt. Luke’s other interests include soccer, travel, property, and spending time with family.

Adam is our Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Partner, and has been with Loans4Homes since 2015. He manages our day to day operations, and is our in-house credit expert, and go to person for complex lending scenarios. Adam has a real attention to detail, and over 20 years industry experience, starting out with one of Australia’s major banks straight out of high school. Outside of work, Adam enjoys getting his hands dirty around the house with DIY projects and repairing / building Australian muscle cars. Adam is also a family man, who enjoys spending time with his wife, and their two boys. He isn’t embarrassed to admit that he is a loyal Wests Tigers supporter.

Daniel is one of our Senior Mortgage Brokers and has been with Loans4Homes since 2020, joining us from another larger brokerage where he worked for several years prior to joining our more boutique brokerage where he has since honed his skills. Dan specialises in dealing with First Home Buyers, Investors, Sale & Upgraders, and purchases made through SMSF structures. Dan enjoys camping and outdoor adventures with his wife. Prior to entering the Mortgage / Finance industry, Dan was a chef and a self-confessed foodie. He once won a ‘man vs food’ competition (and it wasn't a quantity-based competition). Ask him about it!

Dane is one of our newest Mortgage Brokers but it feels like he has been with Loans4Homes for a long time. Dane is driven, energetic, and client-focused. He is passionate about helping people make confident, informed decisions when it comes to home and investment lending. He combine’s up-to-date market knowledge with a fresh perspective and a strong commitment to service, working hard to tailor the right loan solutions for every client. Backed by a growing network of lenders and a proactive approach, he supports first-home buyers, investors, and refinancers in navigating the lending landscape with ease. He has a simple goal: to simplify the mortgage process, build long-term relationships, and deliver real value from day one. Dane loves to kick the footy around and plays first grade AFL for his local club. He is also a big supporter of the Cronulla Sharks.

Jonaya is our in-house Compliance Manager, and our Client Liaison Manager. She makes sure our files are compliant, and our clients are very happy & maintains excellent relationships with them and our business. She has just the right amount of bite when it comes to negotiating with the lenders, which results in great rates and great outcomes for our clients. She also has over 20 years industry experience, and has worn many hats including that of a mortgage broker, compliance manager, loan processor, and client liaison manager, just to name a few. Outside of work, she loves singing & cleaning and is not afraid to admit it. She also loves spending time with her family and is sports fanatic / mad Kiwi’s supporter!

Shane is our team Loan Processor. She provides us with the behind-the-scenes support that helps our brokers stay focused on what they do best - serving clients and growing our business. With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of mortgage processes, Shane will assist with our loan packaging, documentation, lender follow-ups, CRM updates, and general administration. Her goal is to make life easier for brokers and deliver a seamless experience for our clients. Shane has a love for animals and has 2 very cute fur-babies at home!!
